We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

1.4 Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Our candles are handcrafted and intended for home fragrance and decorative use.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge responsibility for safe usage, including but not limited to:

  • Burning candles on a heat-resistant surface

  • Never leaving burning candles unattended

  • Keeping candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials

  • Trimming wicks before each use

Adorn Anour is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

1.5 Payments

We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

All payments are processed through third-party platforms and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Orders are processed once full payment is received.

1.6 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are in addition to processing time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Adorn Anour is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

1.7 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns on used candles for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must contact us prior to returning any item to receive instructions.

1.8 Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting order documentation.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns only for unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used candles are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund review.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Lost Packages
